This notice covers Homara's property-management application and concierge experience. Historical records remain subject to applicable obligations.
What we collect
Contact details, property and unit information, application decisions, consent preferences, text conversations and limited technical usage information. A secure browser cookie allows you to resume your application.
How we use it
To review applications, respond to questions, document human decisions, prepare onboarding, protect the service and measure the application process. Do not submit tenant identities, access codes or sensitive documents in the public form.
Service providers
Hosting and database providers process application records. OpenAI processes concierge text and voice. Email providers process application notices. Rental-data providers receive property details only for an authorized post-approval request. No paid rental research is triggered by a pending application.
Your choices
Optional email, SMS and call permissions are separate. Application receipts and decision notices are transactional. Contact info@homara.ai to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to withdraw optional contact permission. Records needed for applicable legal, security or operational obligations may be retained.
Security and retention
Administrative records require authorized sign-in. Credentials are server-side. Draft-resume cookies last 30 days and resume links last 24 hours; these are access lifetimes, not deletion periods. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Our approved retention schedule is 90 days after last activity for abandoned drafts, 12 months for declined or withdrawn applications, and 90 days for concierge transcripts. Necessary consent, decision and security evidence is handled separately, with exceptions for active disputes and required legal retention.
Automatic deletion, minimization and backup expiry have not yet been verified. These policy periods are not a promise about a provider’s separate retention practices. You can read this notice without providing an address.
