Your home information should remain yours.

This policy explains how Homara collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use our homeowner guidance, home record, contractor coordination, and contractor membership services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including account details, home and project information, conversation content, documents or photos you choose to upload, scheduling preferences, contractor profile information, and communications. We also collect limited technical and product-usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve Homara.

How we use information

We use information to provide assessments and reports, maintain your home history, recommend and coordinate qualified professionals, operate accounts and billing, communicate requested updates, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

AI and service providers

Homara uses carefully selected service providers for hosting, databases, AI processing, payments, email, SMS, voice, and analytics. They receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to their own contractual and security obligations. Automated outputs can be incomplete; urgent or dangerous conditions require appropriate emergency or professional help.

Contractor coordination

When you ask Homara to connect or schedule with a professional, we share the contact and project details reasonably necessary to fulfill that request. Homara does not share private home records with contractors unless the workflow clearly tells you and you authorize it.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of eligible account information through My Home or by contacting privacy@homara.ai. Some records may be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or operational obligations. You may manage communication preferences and use standard SMS opt-out commands.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-side secrets, audit records, and data-minimization practices. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable obligations.

Children and changes

Homara is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
