These website terms cover the application and concierge experience. A separate executed management agreement is required before property-management service begins.
Applications and availability
Submitting does not approve a property, establish a management relationship or authorize charges. Eligibility recommendations are preliminary; human review, applicable local authority, operational coverage and onboarding are required.
Pricing and estimates
Published management pricing is $99 monthly per rental unit and $699 per successful tenant placement. Equipment and installation are separate. Final service scope and obligations are specified in the management agreement. Savings and rental estimates are assumptions or estimates, not guarantees.
AI assistance
The concierge is AI, not a person, and can make mistakes. It cannot sign agreements, approve properties, alter authorized pricing or activate service. It is not emergency, legal or tax advice.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not submit sensitive tenant information, access credentials or harmful content, bypass security or interfere with the service.
