OUR STANDARDS
How Homara creates homeowner guidance
Every article begins with a real homeowner question, answers it directly, and explains what is safe to observe before recommending a next step.
Structured automated review
Each draft moves through separate claim verification, safety, duplication, local-content, visual, link, schema, mobile, and quality gates. Only content that passes every blocking gate and its risk-adjusted score can publish automatically.
Safety comes before completeness
Electrical, gas, structural, fire, contamination, and other high-risk topics require two independent, agreeing safety reviews and a score of at least 96. Homara does not encourage work that should be performed by a qualified professional.
We disclose uncertainty
Home conditions vary. We distinguish verified facts, reasonable inferences, and details that still require inspection. When evidence is insufficient, the claim is qualified, removed, or blocks publication.
Corrections and updates
Guidance has a review date and refresh schedule. Material errors, changing codes, pricing shifts, and repeated reader confusion trigger automated review, correction, or emergency unpublishing.
